Head of Business Development


We’re looking for a humble, hungry, and smart Head of Business Development to join our team. Who should:

  • Sell our services and products through MS Teams, Zoom, email, and over the phone while accurately entering data into our CRM
  • Demonstrate the value of Meedock’s value propositions
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with C-level executives
  • Consultative sales style: ability to listen to a client and build a solution that fits their business needs
  • Build outbound process to generate new leads
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Track-record of hitting quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Experience negotiating and closing five, six and seven figure deals
  • Leads in process development and improvement
  • Hire and train team of closers
  • Meet company’s expectations regarding attendance and punctuality
  • Follows all applicable calling procedures and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • College graduate
  • Motivated learner/self-starter
  • MUST have 4+ years of digital business development experience
  • Has managed and recruited a team of salespeople
  • Experience winning RFPs
  • Organized, detail oriented, and excellent with follow-up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience working within a small company environment
  • Competitive spirit
